Terms and Conditions:

• Rates are per person, from Dubai or Sharjah, quoted in US Dollars. The rates are based on a seat on a coach basis
• Half Days are not recommended on Friday.
• Our Safaris involve off road driving through rough country. Therefore we are unable to accept passengers below 3 and over 65 years of age and expectant mothers, and heart patients.
• Beverages are not included in meals.
• Half Day Desert Safari and Overnight Safari is not available on 31st December and on 1st January.
• Photography of military and government installations is strictly prohibited.
• Arabian Legend reserves the right to cancel or change any part of the program due to governmental regulation, public holidays, weather conditions or similar circumstances.
• In case of cancellation of the excursion within 72 hours prior to departure, there will be no refund. If cancellation is before 72 hours, 50% of the price will be charged.
• Should the tours be requested outside scheduled days, private tour rates will apply.
• Musandam Trip cannot be offered to guests in need of a Visa to enter the UAE.
• All the mentioned excursions include pick up and drop off at the hotel except for the Big Bus Company.
• All the excursions are only available in English, other languages will be provided on private basis.
• Child rate applies on Children below 12 years old.
